A new District Office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO Bicol Regional Office) has opened at the LCC Mall, Naga City on December 23, 2013.
The Naga City District Office which is located at the Annex Building of LCC Mall Naga manifested a public-private partnership between the Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) and contractor Matt Velasco, his fourth similar business venture.
According to Naga-based Business Development Consultant Sonny Lim, it’s a one-stop-shop facility complete with an emission shop, insurance desks and medical laboratory. Clients are assured of a wide parking space and an atmosphere of convenience and fast service with fully air-conditioned premises.
The opening was attended by Cong. Leni Robredo as guest of honor, City Mayor John Bongat, Vice Mayor Nelson Legacion, Councilor Gabriel Bordado Jr. and LTO Bicol Director Noreen Bernadette San Luis-Lutey.
LCC Mall was represented by Mall Operations key personnel led by Ms. Emmalyne Goyena and Messrs. Pio Samonte and Ric Mendez. Msgr. Zosimo Sanada, parish priest of the St. Jude Thaddeus Parish officiated the blessing rites.
With the establishment of the LTO Naga City District Office headed by Supervising Transportation Regulation Officer Tomas Mancendo, the satellite offices at SM City Naga and City Hall Compound have been reportedly closed.
