The spirit of integrity shone brightly at LCC Camalig, after an honest merchandiser located and returned a substantial amount of cash inadvertently dropped by a customer, earning heartfelt praise from the grateful patron.

In a sincere message shared with LCC Malls, customer Ms. Myrna Campos-Navera recounted the extraordinary act of honesty that restored her lost Php 10,000. Ms. Navera had withdrawn the money from the LCC Camalig ATM yesterday afternoon, December 9. While doing her shopping, she unknowingly dropped the money, only realizing the loss upon arriving home.

Upon immediately returning to the store and approaching a guard to report her concern, Ms. Navera was led to a booth where the LCC team showed her CCTV footage.

The footage confirmed that the gentlemanly merchandiser found the money and, without hesitation, handed it over to his immediate area supervisor to ensure it would be returned to the rightful owner.

In her message to LCC Malls, Ms. Navera expressed her deepest appreciation:

“To the staff of LCC Camalig Phase 1, especially to the honest merchandiser, your commendable act reflects exceptional professionalism, responsibility, and genuine concern for your customers… I am truly grateful for your honesty, and I deeply appreciate the integrity your team upholds… Your integrity and kindness truly made my day and reminded me that there are still wonderful, trustworthy people in this world.”
