The Masbate City Government yesterday honored its most exemplary business establishments and partners in development during the annual “Adlaw san Pagkilala 2025” (Day of Recognition).

Headlining the prestigious list of awardees was the LCC Department Store, which was officially recognized as the Top Tax Payer for the past fiscal year. The award, presented during a solemn ceremony attended by city officials, business leaders, and stakeholders, underscores LCC Department Store’s significant and consistent contribution to the local economy through diligent tax compliance.

Receiving the plaque of recognition on behalf of the company were Mr. Edison Carpio, Area Manager of Department Store, and Ms. Jennie Joy Alipio, Store Manager of LCC Market Masbate.

Their presence underscored the company’s long-standing dedication not only to commerce but also to responsible corporate citizenship in the Bicol region.
