Liberty Commercial Center, Inc., including its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, collectively, (“LCC”) respects and values individuals’ data privacy rights (regardless of their nationality) and makes sure that all personal data collected from various stakeholders (including employees, partners, and customers) are processed in adherence to Data Privacy Act’s (DPA) general principles of transparency, legitimacy of purpose, and proportionality.

Upon expiration of such period, all physical and electronic copies of the personal data shall be destroyed and disposed of using a secure process.
