Liberty Commercial Center, Inc., including its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, collectively, (“LCC”) respects and values individuals’ data privacy rights (regardless of their nationality) and makes sure that all personal data collected from various stakeholders (including employees, partners, and customers) are processed in adherence to Data Privacy Act’s (DPA) general principles of transparency, legitimacy of purpose, and proportionality.
We, at LCC, take our responsibilities under Data Privacy Act 2012 seriously. We also recognize the importance of the data you have entrusted to us and believe that it is our responsibility to properly manage, protect, and process your data.
During your course of dealing with us, we may collect, process, and store personal data about your when you avail any of our products and services, including the use of our websites, mobile applications, online events and other activities, provided that you have given your express consent.

- Why do we collect your personal data?
LCC uses the information we collect for LCC business purposes such as:
To provide you with the products and services you’ve requested, including customer service;
To improve your customer experience by providing product and services that correspond to your needs and interests;
To communicate and offer you pertinent products and services, as well as advisories and feedback to your questions, requests, and complaints;
To abide to the requirements of the law and legal proceedings, such as court orders and legal obligations; protecting imminent public harm; and ensuring public security, safety, and order.

- Personal Information Shared with Third Parties
LCC is not permitted to disclose your data with third parties in general, except in the instances described below.
By providing your permission, you authorize LCC to release your personal information to accredited/affiliated third parties or independent non-affiliated third parties. In any of the following circumstances:
The use or disclosure is justified, needed, or permitted by or under law (such as for criminal investigation, as requested by court of law).
When personal information is shared within LCC or third parties, the file shall be encrypted and sent through a secure email facility. In addition, documents containing personal information being transmitted through internal or third-party couriers shall be securely enclosed to avoid exposure and damage of confidential information while in transit.
- Retention Period and Disposal – LCC shall retain the personal information of its data subjects over the years mandated by law (as applicable) based on the purpose of their processing. Upon expiration of such period, all physical and electronic copies of the personal data shall be destroyed and disposed of using a secure process.
- Minors – LCC encourages parents to monitor and supervise their children’s online activities on a regular basis.
